Frank J. Joseph
for District Court Judge
I am running for the position of District Court Judge which will become vacant upon the retirement of the Honorable Kurt Krueger.
I have practiced a wide variety of law in my hometown of Butte for the past 34 years, and I am confident that I possess the skills, legal knowledge, and temperament to represent the citizens of Butte-Silver Bow. I intend to continue the fine judicial administration established by Judges Krueger and Whelan.
I would greatly appreciate each vote in the upcoming November 2024 election.

During my 34 years of practice in Butte, I have practiced in a wide variety of areas, including but not limited to criminal defense, personal injury, family law, adoptions, real estate, wills, trusts, and estates, administrative law, Social Security and Workers Compensation claims and employment matters.
